Following the announcement that Finnish handset manufacturer Nokia’s shares fell as much as 10% last Thursday, CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo decided to take the opportunity to diss Apple’s iPhone and called it a “niche product”. If this was true then why all the effort to make a similarly designed touch-based handset, rumored to be called the Tube.

Citigroup analysts expressed concern about a lack of major products in the second quarter from the company. Nokia has said it won’t launch a touch-screen device until the second half of the year.
