iPhone vs. BlackBerry - Who is loved more?

ChangeWave recently posted its survey on which device consumers like more - Apple’s iPhone or Research in Motion’s BlackBerry. The survey was a follow-up to a March survey done on smartphones.

Customer satisfaction with both handhelds ranked very high with Apple pulling 79% and RIM taking 54%. Ranking at the top for iPhone users was seamless integration of an all-in-one device (phone, iPod, and web browser) and a close second was its touch screen interface. For RIM’s BlackBerry users, email access ranked the highest by a far margin.
