3G settings found in new iPhone firmware update
The latest beta release 5.0 firmware for the iPhone is showing that users will be able to disable 3G to help conserve their battery. The settings screen shows that users can switch 3G off to revert back to GPRS/EDGE connection.

AT&T provides helpful iPhone tips for traveling abroad
U.S wireless carrier AT&T recently sent out messages to its iPhone customers, kindly reminding them data usage abroad is not covered on current AT&T domestic data plans.
